kindergarten we have been learning a lot about the ocean!
Not only have we been learning scientific facts about the
ocean but we also have ocean themed literacy and math
activities...
As a springboard for discovery things about the ocean we
took the children to the Seacoast Science Center in Rye,
NH. It was awesome!! They learned so much and were able
to get up close and personal to the ocean animals. They
even gave them a lesson in tidal zones. My ocean unit is
almost done and will be posted on TpT very soon!
